• East-west pedestrian and cycle connections over the railway tracks should be improved 
• New and improved green spaces should be provided for residents and community engagement encouraged
• Genuinely affordable housing should be prioritised for existing Euston residents

Our proposal

• Creating a new pedestrian and cycle connection across the railway tracks to Park Village East
• Enhancing the public realm and layout of the estate to make it easier to move around  - reinstating the historic street pattern to improve the accessibility, legibility and way finding of Ampthill and Harrington Squares, whilst ensuring safety and security of residents is not compromised
• Providing overlooking and active frontages onto the streets to enhance sense of community and safety
• Accommodate new homes along the railway edge in the Ampthill Estate, including as many affordable homes as possible, and reproviding enhanced community facilities as part of any development
