Our proposal 

• Prioritise new and replacement open and green space, including community-focused open space to mitigate for the loss of St James' Gardens
• Transforming Hampstead Road to provide a more pleasant, safer and more accessible street environment for pedestrians and cyclists
• Investment in public realm to help increase footfall and improve feelings of safety, including imaginative wayfinding and lighting, greening, spaces to host pop-up activity and pedestrianisation in appropriate areas e.g., Drummond Street
• Improvements to existing retail areas activating frontages with shops, windows and doors so that they feel pleasant and safe
