Previously you told us
- The local area should remain a cohesive place while development is underway
- New buildings should integrate greening and complement the qualities of nearby open spaces
- Improve the public realm to help draw footfall to local businesses
- Good quality affordable housing for existing Euston residents
- Proper support for residents whose homes are affected by construction

Our proposal
- Camden has delivered 116 new replacement homes across eight sites and a replacement community facility in Regent’s Park Estate
- The Cartmel, Coniston and Langdale blocks have been part of Camden’s Voluntary Rehousing Scheme and residents are currently taking part in a consultation to secure funding for all residents to move away from construction disruption.
- Opportunities for additional and replacement homes within Regent’s Park Estate, including wider public realm improvements, will be explored with residents
- There is potential for retrofitted or new homes on the estate, including a tall building (c. 15 residential storeys) on the site of the Regent’s Park Children’s Centre, which would be re-provided
